1. Raw Material Processing Section
The production of autoclaved aerated coagulation relies on essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This segment focuses on the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these fundamental raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section is integral to manufacturing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It encompasses the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for the slabs, and includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core segment in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves crafting the vital steel mesh (or mesh cages) needed for the slabs, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, is deftly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the molding process.
Any corner waste generated during cutting is removed and recycled efficiently via the ground turning table.
Following waste removal, the blank body is systematically handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Post-curing, the ferry cart extracts the autoclaved products, which are then transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerging from the autoclave are sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment for subsequent transportation.
