1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This area is responsible for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh handling and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is utilized for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, containing the billet body, is demolded by the crane's turning action. The billet body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, facilitating product cutting through side, horizontal, and vertical incisions.
The cut billet body is completed by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Once the waste is removed, the billet body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled billet cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are categorized, palletized, packed, and transferred to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, following separation.
