AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production employs a selection of premium raw materials, typically including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) to ensure superior quality.
This essential section meticulously manages the processing and storage of raw materials, setting a strong foundation for further production phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section represents the core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process, where precision meets innovation.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section forms the core of the production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, integrating advanced techniques.
In this phase, the steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly manufactured, with facilities for both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Within this section, the mold frame, complete with billet body, undergoes a precise demudding process via crane turning. The blank body, now settled on the cutting car, is meticulously shaped using side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The refined blank is then processed by the ground turning table, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed and positioned by the marshalling crane and ferry car, paving the way for subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by cutting-edge traction mechanisms in conjunction with precision ferry cart movements.
Upon autoclave curing completion, the ferry cart efficiently extracts these products, directing them towards the final packaging section, ensuring a streamlined process.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After careful steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo systematic sorting, palletizing, and packing. The packaging and conveying equipment then expertly transports them to the storage yard, ensuring readiness for delivery.
