1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated concrete production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this crucial stage, steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for making autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated, followed by manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh and automated assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Another core section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cages) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete panels, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet is demolded by a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is then precision-cut horizontally, vertically, and on the sides.
The cut billet is processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Following waste removal, the billet is managed by a marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled billets are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure curing by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted and moved to the finished product packaging section via a ferry cart.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved and cured products are sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying systems.
