AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the artful creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we meticulously select raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). These materials are the essential building blocks that contribute to the premium quality of our AAC products.
This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of the essential raw materials, ensuring readiness for the production of high-quality AAC blocks and bricks.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the state-of-the-art production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring quality and consistency.
Within this area, we expertly craft the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This meticulous process involves both manual and automated hanging mesh techniques, seamlessly integrated with the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As the central hub of production, this section is vital for creating top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with impeccable precision and efficiency.
Here, the intricate process of forming steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates takes place, enhanced by both manual and automated hanging mesh as well as the cutting-edge automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes an expert demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car. Through precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques, the product achieves its final molded form.
The ground turning table adeptly completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
Once waste removal is accomplished, the blank body is effectively completed with the aid of the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ready for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are gently ushered into the tank by a sophisticated traction mechanism, maintaining constant pressure for optimal results, with the aid of the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are gracefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and then transported to the finished product packaging section, signaling the culmination of a flawless production process.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, securely packed, and seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard. This is achieved through advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring every piece is ready for dispatch.
