AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials pivotal in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. These essential components are meticulously chosen to ensure superior quality in the final products.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of all critical raw materials, setting the stage for seamless production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This stage serves as the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards.
This pivotal section is responsible for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging and facilitates the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Which is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car, where the product is expertly shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
The ground turning table effectively handles the cut body to meticulously remove and recycle corner waste, maintaining an eco-friendly process.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next stage.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are efficiently transferred into the tank via a traction mechanism stationed before the autoclaves, complemented by the ferry cart, ensuring constant pressure maintenance.
Once the autoclave curing process is complete, the products are smoothly extracted using a ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section for final touches.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then expertly transported to the storage yard, courtesy of advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
