1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This critical section ensures the precise and meticulous processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section is dedicated to the production of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section vital for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is carefully demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletization, packing, and transportation to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
