AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational mix for creating autoclaved aerated coagulation includes essential elements such as sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These components form the core of our innovative production.
This crucial phase meticulously processes and strategically stores all raw materials, ensuring every component is perfectly poised for the next steps in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the process's powerhouse, instrumental in crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that stand the test of time.
In this segment, we focus on crafting the essential steel mesh or mesh cage required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a crucial stage in the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring and pre-curing set the stage for excellence.
This section focuses on the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this precise phase, the mold frame with the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for comprehensive cutting—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the perfect product shape.
The process culminates with the ground turning table, efficiently facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the tank, where precise pressure maintenance occurs, thanks to the sophisticated traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart leading the way.
Once autoclaving is complete, the cured products are gracefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, maintaining the highest quality.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly autoclaved cakes undergo meticulous sorting. They are then expertly palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient separation and pristine delivery.
