1. Raw Material Processing Section
The production of autoclaved aerated concrete involves the careful selection and use of high-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This vital section ensures the accurate processing and careful storage of all raw materials to maintain the highest quality standards.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section is the cornerstone for creating premium-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete plates is produced. The process includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another key section vital for manufacturing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, integrating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a crane and placed on a cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are performed on the blank body.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Following this, the blank body undergoes final processing, handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank, maintaining consistent pressure using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are removed by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
