AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the core of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously handle premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure the highest quality output.
This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of our essential raw materials, forming the backbone of our production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating advanced manual and automatic techniques for mesh hanging, alongside a seamless and efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the epicenter of our production, playing a critical role in fabricating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This is where we construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing sophisticated manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is skillfully positioned on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts define the final product shape with precision and accuracy.
The ground turning table plays a vital role in the meticulous removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with exceptional finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to ensure flawless results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and precise packing. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment for seamless operation.

Our robust toolkit includes high-precision cutting tools such as the plasma cutting machine imported from Sweden and a state-of-the-art laser cutting machine. Our metal plate processing capabilities are powered by a formidable 2000-ton hydraulic press. For machining excellence, we leverage Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and an advanced horizontal machining center.
