1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section specializes in the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the central section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated. This section includes both manual and automatic hanging mesh, as well as the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demolding via a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is finalized with a ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste.
Once waste is eliminated, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are placed in the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging area.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes from the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying systems.
