1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the mesmerizing realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the key ingredients are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting element of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is meticulously crafted for the precise processing and optimal storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring they're always ready for use.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation harmoniously aligns with engineering precision.
Within this space, the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. The process features both seamless manual and automatic mesh handling, along with an advanced system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is where the enchanting transformation of raw materials into solid, tangible reality occurs, underpinning the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this dynamic hub, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh handling, enhanced by the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering sophistication is on full display as the mold frame, heavy with the billet body, is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, joined by the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. The product is meticulously cut on the sides, horizontally, and vertically to achieve impeccable molding.
The crafted masterpiece emerges as the cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table to adeptly remove and recycle corner waste, emphasizing sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this stage with a touch of elegance.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully moved into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ready to shine in their final form.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and swift transportation to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
