AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Discover the foundation of superior autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we intricately process high-grade raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section is committed to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the core of our operations, this section fuels the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the stage for excellence.
In this pivotal stage, we skillfully manufacture the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We incorporate both manual and automated hanging mesh techniques, complemented by a smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the epicenter of our production, vital in the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.
Here, we fabricate the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates using a combination of manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold-laden billet body is expertly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by a side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The ground turning table is instrumental in removing and recycling corner waste, completing the process with refined precision.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes meticulous handling by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring optimal end results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unmatched precision, the assembled cakes are guided into autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, applying constant pressure for impeccable results.
Upon curing completion, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are diligently sorted, palletized, and expertly packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.

Further strengthening our metal plate processing is an impressive 2000-ton hydraulic press. For machining excellence, we incorporate Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, coupled with an advanced horizontal machining center.
