1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste) among others.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and optimal storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This core section is crucial for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) required for AAC slabs are fabricated. The process includes manual or automatic hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section focused on the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves the preparation of steel meshes (mesh cages), and the process includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demolded using a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is then precisely cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body undergoes a turning process to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is processed using a marshalling crane and ferry car for final assembly.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for high-pressure curing using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Following autoclave curing, the products are extracted by a ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
