1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others. These materials are meticulously processed to ensure optimal results.
This crucial section focuses on the comprehensive processing and storage of all raw materials involved in the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral section is at the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring high-quality and durable output.
Dedicated to the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section handles manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section for autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precise pouring and pre-curing for superior results.
This section also includes the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and automatic circulation of the assembly frame, critical for high-quality concrete plates.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is transferred to the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
After cutting, the turning table removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and optimal efficiency.
Subsequently, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the processing of the blank body, preparing it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled 'cakes' are transported into the autoclave tank for precise pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistent quality and strength.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed 'cakes' are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
