1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials essential for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the pivotal core of our production process for the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This key section specializes in crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the production of concrete plates, encompassing manual (automatic) suspension and seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section forms the heart of our production line, dedicated to crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It focuses on creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) mesh suspension and automated assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame with the billet body undergoes precise demudding by a turning crane. The blank body, attached to the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving complete product molding.

Waste is efficiently removed and recycled by the ground turning table, ensuring an eco-friendly process.
Post waste removal, the blank body is systematically completed using the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the tank for precise constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.

Autoclave-cured products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring swift transition.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The steam-cured cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed, then transported to the storage yard via advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
