1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is manufactured. It includes both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is processed on a ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final preparation.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using the front traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
