1.Raw Material Processing Section
The prime materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling, alongside an automated frame assembly circulation.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section holds paramount importance in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh handling and frame assembly circulation.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes demudding via a crane turner. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table finalizes the cut body, ensuring corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled.
Following waste removal, the blank body is consolidated by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned at the front.
Cured products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
