1. Raw Material Processing Section

The journey of creating our high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation products begins with the careful selection and processing of essential materials. Typically, these include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), each contributing to the robust structural integrity and thermal efficiency of the final product.

This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring a flawless foundation for subsequent manufacturing stages.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of our production line, this vital section is responsible for crafting the intricate steel mesh required for our superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It is an artful blend of precision engineering and innovative design.

This section excels in the fabrication of steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features advanced manual and automatic hanging mesh systems along with automated assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section stands as a pivotal core in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where innovation meets efficiency.

Here, we craft the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) for our concrete plates, employing both manual and automated hanging mesh systems, seamlessly integrated with automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Within this dynamic section, the mold frame, loaded meticulously with billet body, undergoes precision demudding by the turning crane. The subsequent placement of the blank body and side plate onto the cutting car allows for expertly executed side, horizontal, and vertical product cutting.

Our cutting-edge ground turning table efficiently completes the removal and recycling of corner waste, streamlining the process and minimizing material loss.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car proficiently complete the assembly of the blank body, maintaining the integrity and quality of each unit.

5. Autoclaving Section

Through meticulous precision, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank using our advanced traction mechanism, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance to ensure superior quality and durability.

Post-autoclaving, the cured products are expertly guided out by the ferry cart, progressing seamlessly to the finished product packaging section, ready for delivery.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After the autoclaving process, the newly perfected cakes are efficiently sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to our storage yard, all orchestrated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring their prime condition for end-users.
