AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental raw materials encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), which are meticulously selected for their superior quality.
This vital segment is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring readiness for the production stages that follow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of the operation, central to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, combining precision and innovation.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) is crafted, necessary for the outstanding construction of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features manual or automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This division is crucial, anchoring the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with its sophisticated operations and attention to detail.
It is instrumental in crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and smooth automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes a meticulous demudding process via the turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
Upon cutting completion, the ground turning table facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, exemplifying efficiency and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the tank for steady pressure maintenance by the sophisticated traction mechanism and the ferry cart, positioned before the autoclaves, ensuring uniformity and quality.
Once the autoclave curing process is complete, the ferry cart adeptly extracts the products, seamlessly transporting them to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, then elegantly palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
