1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the vital component for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section focuses on crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the critical phase for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for making the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body with the side plate is placed on the cutting car, completing the cutting molding of the product by side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is completed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles the corner waste.
After removing the waste, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Autoclave-cured products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
