1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials employed in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production consist of high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and premium aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is committed to the precise processing and careful storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring the highest quality from the very start.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section ensures the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the foundation for excellence.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. This process includes both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another vital section dedicated to crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
This stage continues the fabrication of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, offering both manual and automatic hanging mesh, and ensuring smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame containing the billet body is carefully demudded with a crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Following cutting, the blank body is managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes final processing through the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tank, where consistent pressure is maintained using advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ensuring perfect quality.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring their pristine condition for delivery.
