AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Explore the foundational aspects of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production process, where we precisely handle and expertly process top-tier raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure optimum quality.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring everything is tailored to perfection.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the operational powerhouse, driving the creation of exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.
Here, we skillfully produce the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We incorporate both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques and ensure a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, demonstrating our advanced engineering capabilities.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section forms the core of our production, vital for crafting superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.
This is where the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates is constructed, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, combined with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames, achieving impeccable standards.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by a side plate, is placed onto the cutting car, where precise lateral, horizontal, and vertical incisions sculpt the final product's shape with precision.
The ground turning table is pivotal for the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring the finished cut body is completed with finesse and efficiency.
After waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to ensure optimal shaping and results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precise orchestration, the assembled cakes are smoothly transported into autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to achieve impeccable results.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section, ensuring they are ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination securely and efficiently.
