AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials predominantly encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), forming the foundational elements of AAC synthesis.
This integral section focuses on the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal preparation for subsequent stages.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This phase serves as the pivotal core for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a testament to technological precision.
This section is dedicated to the fabrication of steel meshes (or mesh cages) crucial for AAC plates, facilitating both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where innovation meets precision.
It is designed for creating the essential steel mesh structures needed for AAC plates, encompassing manual/automatic mesh hanging and the automated assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes seamless demudding via crane turning, followed by precise placement on the cutting car. The product achieves its final shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
Once cut, the product undergoes a revolutionary ground turning to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the billet body is expertly marshalled by the crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phase.
5.Autoclaving Section
Through sophisticated traction mechanisms, the assembled cakes are ushered into tanks for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the ferry cart.
Upon completion of autoclaving, the cured products are expertly extracted via the ferry cart, directed towards the finished product packaging sector.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave to be meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. These are then transported to the storage yard through advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless logistics.
