AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the foundational step of crafting superior autoclaved aerated coagulation. Here, essential elements like sand or fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste are meticulously prepared to ensure the highest quality output.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for exceptional production outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production lies this crucial section, driving efficiency and precision in every slab.
This segment expertly crafts the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It seamlessly integrates manual (or automatic) mesh hanging with the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring superior structural integrity.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A cornerstone in the slab creation process, this section ensures that every slab meets the highest standards of quality and durability.
Here, the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plate is expertly assembled. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, plus the efficient circulation of the assembly frame to guarantee optimal results.
4. Cutting Section
With meticulous precision, the mold frame holding the billet is demudded using a crane. Then, along with the side plate, the blank body is expertly maneuvered onto the cutting car. Through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, the product takes its final shape.
Post-cutting, the clever ground turning table innovatively removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring eco-friendly practices and optimal resource usage.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes a meticulous marshalling process via the crane and ferry car to ensure flawless product alignment.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this essential phase, assembled cakes are methodically transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance. This is achieved with precision by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring impeccable structural integrity in every batch.
Once cured to perfection, autoclave products emerge, seamlessly transported by the ferry cart to the final packaging section, ready to meet rigorous quality standards.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, each cake is meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. Advanced packaging and conveying systems then transport the final products efficiently to the storage yard, ensuring they're ready to meet customer demands with excellence.
