1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential ingredients.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring quality and efficiency.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section represents the heart of our production line, where robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs are crafted with precision.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, with options for both manual and automatic mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section in our production line is integral for forming autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with meticulous care.
This area is crucial for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling and sophisticated assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body is demudded via a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, ensuring perfect product molding.
Post-cutting, the billet body undergoes a thorough process on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste effectively.
Once waste removal is complete, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, employing a traction mechanism and a ferry cart for seamless operation.
After curing in the autoclave, the finished products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section for further processing.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying systems.
