1. Raw Material Processing Section

The key ingredients in the autoclaved aerated coagulation process include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring quality and efficiency.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This segment stands as the centerpiece of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, complete with manual and automatic hanging mesh, as well as seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This vital section is integral to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It facilitates the formation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plate, with both manual and automatic mesh hanging, supported by automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, laden with billet, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank and side plate are positioned on the cutting car, where precise cutting occurs in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions.

Upon cutting, the body is transferred by the ground turning table, facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste, optimizing the process.
Post waste removal, the blank body is efficiently completed with the aid of the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance, courtesy of the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned upfront.

Post-curing, the autoclave-treated products are extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging arena.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and securely packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
