1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, paramount raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting infusion of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This expertly crafted section is designed for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a strategic section where innovative technology converges with unparalleled precision.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. The process flawlessly integrates manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a cutting-edge system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is where transformative magic crystallizes into tangible form.
In this dynamic hub, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision, including both manual and automated mesh handling, supplemented by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering artistry unfolds as the mold frame, burdened with the billet body, is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, undergoing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The masterpiece emerges as the cut body is deftly managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, upholding sustainability.
After the removal of waste, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this stage with grace and poise.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully introduced into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge gloriously, pulled out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
