AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our sophisticated autoclaved aerated coagulation process begins with a meticulous selection of prime raw materials, such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These essential ingredients form the foundation of our premium production.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and precise storage of all necessary raw materials, ensuring seamless transition into subsequent production phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovative technology meets precision engineering.
Here, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) integral to autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our sophisticated system allows for both manual and automatic mesh handling, with seamless integration into the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the cornerstone of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, embodying the art of precision and technological advancement.
We expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for constructing autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automated methods to ensure robust mesh handling and flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame laden with the billet body undergoes seamless demudding by a crane turner. The blank, alongside the side plate, is skillfully positioned on the cutting car, where masterful side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
The cutting process is completed with precision, as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After waste extraction, the blank body is expertly marshaled by the crane and ferry car into perfect alignment for subsequent processes.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, expertly assembled cakes journey into the autoclave, maintained under constant pressure. This is facilitated by a robust traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring flawless processing.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the finished products are adeptly extracted by the ferry cart, ready for their transition into the packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon completing the autoclaving process, the fully-cured cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, a testament to our sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment.
