1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This segment focuses on the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section dedicated to the crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section critical for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, alongside manual and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes turning via the crane, positioning the blank body and side plate onto the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the blank body is processed on the ground turning table to eliminate and recycle corner waste.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the preparation of the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank using the traction mechanism for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the ferry cart.
Once autoclave curing is complete, products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then efficiently transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
