1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the mesmerizing world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, our raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the magical touch of aluminum powder (or paste) come together to form the foundation of excellence.

This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these premium raw materials, ensuring their pristine condition.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

As the heartbeat of our operation, this core section is pivotal for crafting the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and care.

Here, the intricate steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates is created, with seamless manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This pivotal area stands as the nucleus for autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacturing, ensuring each slab's structural integrity.

In this section, the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates is meticulously fabricated, with options for both manual and automatic mesh hanging and effortless assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Transforming the mold frame, the billet body undergoes precision demudding by the crane. The blank body, complete with side plates, is expertly placed on the cutting car, where masterful side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.

Cleverly designed ground turning tables ensure the meticulous removal and recycling of any corner waste, leaving a flawless cut body.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is gracefully managed by the marshalling crane and efficiently transported by the marshalling ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

Through a seamless operation, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tanks by sophisticated traction mechanisms and ferry carts, where they are carefully maintained at constant pressure to ensure optimal results.

Upon completion, the autoclave-cured masterpieces are elegantly extracted by the ferry cart and guided to the finished product packaging section, ready to captivate customers.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After a transformative steaming process, the cakes emerge, ready for classification and palletization. Our packaging and conveying equipment ensure they are impeccably packed and transported to the storage yard, standing as beacons of our craftsmanship.
