AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, a symphony of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting aluminum powder (aluminum paste) come together in perfect harmony.
This section is masterfully crafted for the careful processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring optimal preparation for the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, embodying the perfect blend of cutting-edge innovation and precise engineering.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process is enhanced by the seamless integration of manual and automatic mesh handling alongside an advanced system for automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for transforming the raw mix into the solid form of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where science meets artistry.
In this dynamic setting, the steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted with precision through a blend of manual and automatic handling, supported by an automated assembly frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, engineering excellence is on full display as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is adeptly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate then undergo meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving flawless shaping.
The masterpiece takes form as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently extract and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with precision and style.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision and care, the assembled cakes are smoothly transported into the autoclaving tank, where constant pressure is meticulously maintained, aided by the strategically positioned traction mechanism and ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products emerge in triumph, skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed effortlessly to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Straight from the autoclave, the cakes undergo an exacting process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment that ensures a seamless transition from production to storage.
