AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (often sourced from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase is devoted to meticulous processing and strategic storage of all essential raw materials, ensuring their optimal condition for subsequent stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the heartbeat of the production process, playing a vital role in crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment is indispensable for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is integral to the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring uniformity and structural integrity through precise processes.
This section is dedicated to the accurate fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame with the billet body experiences demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for comprehensive cutting—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired product shape.
The process wraps up with the ground turning table facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring resource efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase with precision and care.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the expertly cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are expertly palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine condition and efficiency after separation.
