1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This pivotal section spearheads the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, with processes including manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section drives the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the crafting of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the final product shape.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table meticulously removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is organized and processed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are retrieved by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless delivery.
