AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating domain of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the production process seamlessly integrates key raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, enhanced by the alchemy of aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is meticulously crafted to facilitate the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring a smooth and streamlined production experience.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the beating heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with precision engineering.
In this pivotal stage, the steel mesh (mesh cage), vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is expertly crafted. The process features seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and an advanced system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral section is where the enchanting transformation of raw materials into concrete slabs occurs, bringing dreams to concrete reality.
Within this vibrant hub, precision-driven steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is conducted, encompassing both manual and automatic handling, and is enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering elegance takes center stage as the mold frame, replete with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, embarks on a journey on the cutting car, undergoing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for impeccable molding.
The masterpiece is revealed as the cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, reinforcing sustainability.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is skillfully transported by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, bringing this stage to a graceful conclusion.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly ushered into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and strategically positioned ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphantly from the autoclave, the cured products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart, seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their impressive debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is orchestrated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless passage from production to storage.
