AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the enthralling realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the transformative properties of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), along with other essential components, creating a robust foundation for the production process.
This meticulously engineered section is expertly crafted for the precise processing and strategic storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring the utmost efficiency and quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Considered the core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this pivotal section is where cutting-edge innovation synchronizes with precision engineering to orchestrate a seamless production flow.
In this domain, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process features an immaculate integration of manual (or automatic) mesh handling alongside a sophisticated system designed for the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring robust construction.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this integral section, the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs transforms, as the components merge to create tangible reality full of potential and promise.
In this dynamic setting, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling, further enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring a streamlined operation.
4. Cutting Section
Marvel at the engineering elegance, as the mold frame, laden with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned onto the cutting car, undergoing detailed side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect molding and optimum precision.
The cut masterpiece is expertly managed by the ground turning table, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Post waste removal, finesse is demonstrated as the blank body is skillfully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with grace.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the pressure-maintaining tank by a strategic traction mechanism and ferry cart, positioned perfectly in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphantly, the autoclave-cured products are expertly withdrawn by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready to make their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a rigorous and meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing process. This is complemented by efficient transport to the storage yard, all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
