1.Raw Material Processing Section

In the initial phase of our advanced AAC production, we meticulously select and process premium raw materials. Our choice includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each chosen for its superior quality and contribution to the final product.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and strategic storage of our carefully chosen raw materials, ensuring the foundation for superior product quality.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

As the heart of our AAC slab production, this section ensures precision and efficiency in every step.

Our state-of-the-art system fabricates steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates. It seamlessly integrates manual and automatic mesh hanging with a sophisticated automatic circulation assembly frame, setting the standard for innovation.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

At this crucial phase, we lay the groundwork for exceptional AAC slab production, ensuring each component contributes to a flawless end product.

Featuring a cutting-edge system for steel mesh fabrication, this section integrates both manual and automated mesh handling, complemented by a dynamic circulation of assembly frames for unmatched efficiency.

4.Cutting section

During this meticulous stage, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes a transformative process. Using state-of-the-art technology, we demold with precision, reposition onto the cutting car, and execute precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the perfect shape.

Our innovative ground turning table seamlessly manages cut body processing, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to minimize material loss.
Post waste removal, the blank body is elegantly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ready for the next stage.

5.Autoclaving section

In this essential phase, our expertly assembled cakes enter the autoclave, where they undergo precise constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by cutting-edge traction and ferry mechanisms.

Once the autoclave curing process is complete, our ferry cart smoothly extracts the products, delivering them to the finished product packaging section for the final touches.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Post-steaming, our expertly crafted cakes undergo meticulous sorting and palletizing. Our packaging and conveying equipment then carefully pack and transport the finished products to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
