1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the essential core section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, either through manual or automatic hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is the critical core for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, alongside manual (automatic) hanging mesh and efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is meticulously demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
Post cutting, the ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After the waste is removed, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment.
