1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, a selection of raw materials comes into play. Typically, these include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and either aluminum powder or aluminum paste. These elements are harmoniously blended to forge the foundation of our superior products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring that each component is primed for optimal performance in the subsequent stages.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision to yield top-tier results.
This integral section is tasked with the creation of robust steel meshes (or mesh cages) crucial for the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process involves the manual or automatic suspension of the mesh, alongside the seamless circulation of the assembly frame, orchestrating a symphony of efficiency and accuracy.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section within our sophisticated production line, this area specializes in the crucial processes of pouring and pre-curing, which set the stage for the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section continues its role in producing essential steel meshes (or cages) needed for forming autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual or automated hanging mesh systems and the dynamic circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
Within this dynamic section, the mold frame bearing the billet body is deftly demudded via a crane maneuver. Subsequently, the billet body, accompanied by the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car. Through the intricate processes of side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, the product takes its final shape.
Post-cutting, the innovative ground turning table plays its role by efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the billet body undergoes finalization by the marshalling crane and is transported via the marshalling ferry car, ready for the next phase.
5.Autoclaving Section
In this critical phase, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclaves, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance. This is accomplished through the synergistic efforts of the traction mechanism and the strategically placed ferry cart.
Once the autoclave curing process is complete, the finished products are meticulously extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the subsequent packaging section, ready for market presentation.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes emerge from the autoclave to be expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that each product reaches its destination in perfect condition.
