AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), and others. These are the building blocks of innovation.
This pivotal section of the production line is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal readiness for the production journey ahead.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this core section defines excellence and precision in manufacturing.
In this essential stage, steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This process involves both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, coupled with a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the central hub for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, known for its meticulous attention to detail.
Here, the production of steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete plates is executed. This involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging as well as the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Equipped with precision technology, the mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank is then positioned on the cutting car, achieving perfection through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to form the product.
Post-cutting, the body undergoes a transformation via the ground turning table, expertly removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring efficiency.
Once the waste is efficiently cleared, the blank body is aligned and completed using the marshalling crane and ferry car, ready for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by the precise traction mechanism and ferry cart system, ensuring product integrity.
Upon the completion of autoclave curing, the finished products are efficiently retrieved by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section, ready to meet market demands.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported by advanced packaging and conveying equipment to the storage yard, ensuring readiness for delivery.
