AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The initial stage in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves the meticulous processing of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure optimal quality.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and strategic storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for subsequent production phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the production line, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs begin their transformation.
Designed to craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section also facilitates manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and ensures seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This key section anchors the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on precision and efficiency.
Utilized for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), this phase accommodates both manual and automated processing, alongside the streamlined circulation of assembly frames, crucial for plate construction.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame with the billet body is turned and demudded by the crane. It is then precisely placed on the cutting car, where the product achieves its final shape through meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The intricately cut body undergoes refinement via the ground turning table, optimizing the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car orchestrate the final arrangement of the blank body, ensuring seamless production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tank by a sophisticated traction mechanism, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the front ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are expertly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and conveyed directly to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After the autoclaving process, the cakes are systematically sorted and palletized. They are then elegantly packed and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, completing the journey from raw material to finished product.
