AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically comprised of sand, often derived from fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This critical phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring the pristine quality and readiness for subsequent steps.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the production process, playing a vital role in crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
This component is essential for creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) integral to autoclaved aerated concrete plates, combining both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the fabrication of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, necessitating utmost precision.
This section is dedicated to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) fundamental for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual or automated mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this crucial phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it is meticulously cut—laterally, horizontally, and vertically—to achieve the perfect product shape.
The process concludes with the innovative ground turning table facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Following the waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism fronting the autoclaves, along with the efficient ferry cart that precedes it.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are expertly palletized, packed, and swiftly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment following efficient separation.
