1. Raw Material Processing Section

The journey of creating superior quality autoclaved aerated coagulation begins with precise selection of raw materials. We utilize quintessential elements such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (also known as aluminum paste), setting the foundation for excellence.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring seamless operations.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of our AAC block manufacturing lies this core section, the epicenter for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section is indispensable for producing the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate. It features both manual and automatic hanging mesh and an advanced circulation system for assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

As another core section, this area is crucial for the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It facilitates the production of necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage), featuring manual and automatic hanging mesh along with automated assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

In this section, a transformation occurs as the mold frame with the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is carefully placed on the cutting car. The product achieves its final shape through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

Our skilled ground turning table completes the cut body, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, embodying our commitment to sustainability.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane collaborates with the marshalling ferry car to finalize the blank body with expertise.

5. Autoclaving Section

Our process ensures the assembled cakes are seamlessly transferred into the autoclaves through advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance.

Upon curing, our ferry carts gently extract the autoclaved products, transporting them with precision to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After being expertly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing process. They are then transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ready for the world.
