AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section: At the heart of our production line, this section ensures the careful handling and preparation of essential materials.
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and meticulously selected aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), ready to transform into exceptional AAC products.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and strategic storage of vital raw materials, setting the stage for a seamless production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Precision-engineered to ensure durability and strength, this section automates the creation of robust steel mesh frameworks.
& Circulation: A well-orchestrated system ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the production line.
This section is the pivotal hub for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, equipped with advanced technology for optimal outcomes.
This section crafts the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh handling and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: A critical phase where precision and timing meld to form the perfect AAC slabs ready for further processing.
This section is the powerhouse for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each slab meets our rigorous quality standards.
It provides the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the production of AAC plates, supporting both manual and automated mesh management, along with the smooth circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section: Precision is key as we shape our products through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving the desired specifications with meticulous attention to detail.
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly demolded by the crane, then placed on the cutting car to achieve precise shape and form through expert side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
The refined cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table, ensuring waste is removed and recycled, maximizing resource efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ready for the next stage of transformation.
5. Autoclaving Section: Transforming raw materials into solid, durable products through careful autoclaving, this section is the backbone of our production process.
The assembled cakes are seamlessly sent into the autoclave tanks by an advanced traction mechanism, maintaining constant pressure to fortify the AAC products.
After autoclave curing, the superior-quality products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported towards the final stage of packaging.
6. Finished Products: The culmination of our meticulous process, where quality meets excellence, ready for market delivery.
Classification & Packaging: The final touch, where products are sorted, packed, and prepared with care, ready to meet global quality standards.
Post-autoclave, the freshly steamed cakes are expertly classified, palletized, and packed, then transported with precision to our storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
