AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our innovative AAC production lies in meticulously processed raw materials. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each selected for its superior quality to ensure premium product output.
This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, setting the stage for exceptional production outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, showcasing cutting-edge technology and streamlined processes.
In this pivotal section, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates. The system supports manual (or automatic) mesh handling and ensures seamless circulation within the assembly frame, enhancing efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This stage is another core segment in our AAC slab production, embodying precision and innovation.
The section specializes in the creation of necessary steel meshes for AAC plates, integrating manual and automatic mesh handling with smooth assembly frame circulation for optimized production flow.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame with billet body is skillfully demoulded via a crane, then placed alongside its side plate on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve its final form.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and environmental responsibility.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phases of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
Harnessing advanced technology, assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, driven by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post-curing, the finished products are seamlessly extracted from the autoclave via ferry cart, then directed toward the final packaging section, ensuring a smooth transition to completion.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Classification & Packaging
Freshly autoclaved cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment then transports them efficiently to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
