1. Raw Material Processing Section
In this foundational stage of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we utilize essential materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of our production, focusing on the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the slabs, facilitating both manual and automated handling, and ensuring seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section pivotal for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed specifically for the crafting of steel mesh cages needed for the slabs, and features both manual and automated mesh handling alongside efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane, the mold frame with its billet body is expertly turned and demudded. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for intricate side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, shaping the product to perfection.
The cut body undergoes precision handling on the ground turning table to expertly remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed using the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
Through a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system, the assembled cakes are reliably transferred into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance and curing.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the cured products, transporting them to the final packaging section for completion.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed by our packaging and conveying equipment, ready for transport to the storage yard.
