AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting infusion of aluminum powder (aluminum paste) take center stage.
This section is masterfully crafted for the precise processing and effective storage of these crucial raw ingredients.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a critical section where cutting-edge innovation meets meticulous precision.
In this space, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expertise. The process encompasses seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and an advanced system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is where the magic transforms into tangible form.
Within this dynamic setting, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. It features both manual and automated mesh handling, augmented by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the elegance of engineering unfolds as the mold frame, complete with the billet body, is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed meticulously on the cutting car. The product undergoes detailed side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for impeccable molding.
The masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with elegance.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unparalleled precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, smoothly pulled out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their stellar debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
