1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the autoclaved aerated concrete production, raw materials typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more. Each material is meticulously prepared to ensure optimal performance in the final product.
This phase encompasses the processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring they are in peak condition for the subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is pivotal, serving as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is fabricated. This section also manages manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames for uninterrupted production.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is integral to producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is produced, with provisions for both manual (automatic) hanging and automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane to demold the frame loaded with the billet body, this section then places the blank body and side plate on a cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
Following the cutting process, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste to ensure minimal material loss.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the assembly of the blank body, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave via a traction mechanism and ferry cart for constant pressure maintenance, ensuring they reach the required strength and durability.
Following autoclave curing, the ferry cart pulls the products out and transports them to the finished product packaging section, ready for dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the finished cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for delivery.
