1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste. These materials are meticulously processed to ensure optimal quality and performance in every batch.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring they are ready for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section is the heart of our operation, responsible for creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our concrete plates. The process includes both manual and automatic methods for hanging the mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another cornerstone of our production line, essential for forming high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this stage, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for concrete plates is manually or automatically hung, ensuring proper pre-curing and optimal product formation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car to complete product cutting through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The cut body is processed further through a ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed by a marshalling crane and a marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart located in front of the autoclaves.
Upon completion of autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section for final steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard using our sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring each product meets our high standards.
