1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This critical section is dedicated to the efficient processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we manufacture the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems along with automated assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for AAC plates, featuring manual and automatic hanging mesh alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The billet body and side plate are then placed on a cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
After waste removal, the billet body is managed and transported using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully moved into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and taken to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
